Laguna Bakery and Filipino Food

Hi- I would’ve selected below 1 star, if that were possible. I ordered delivery today- for the first time from Laguna. Excited for all the things I know Filipino food is known for and being a huge lover of Lumpia, I am disappointed. The bakery items are advertised to look amazing and upon getting everything I was very underwhelmed. 2/3 food items were tolerable. 2/3 dessert seems okay. The lumpia is burned and dry and taste that way. The dumplings- while crispy , lack flavor and taste like the smoke of the burn from the lumpia. The Panciat noodles were overcooked possibly. It lacked taste. The strawberry esinmaida appears dry. I did spend a fair amount of $$.$$ hoping for a better experience.

Not recommended, the chicken adobo wasn’t seasoned correctly, cause was water down and the chicken was dry and old. Can tell it was leftover from the other day. I’ll recommend Virginia Department of Health to do an inspection. The food is not fresh. The lumpia is a he size of your pinky, nearly any meat in it. You are just eating the fried shell. If you end up going. Make sure you get an itemized receipt. They rang me twice for one item.

Service is okay. Food flavor is soy sauce based. And that whole in the pork bread/ siopao is ridiculous. Just made the bread big with yeast but deceiving. Overall quality of food is not great.

This will be my last time coming to this location to this restaurant. They used to be really nice family owned. I recently placed an order like I do most weeks because they're only open 4 days a week. So I received what I think is a mistake of tosino, because it's usually red and this time it's Brown so I went ahead and tried it anyway. I thought, well, maybe they didn't put enough sauce or something, but their tocino like most of them its has like a sweet little barbecue flavor this one has a stewed flavor so I contacted them and I said, I think I got the wrong order And I just want to make sure no biggie, not looking for a refund or anything like that, I'm simply wanting to acknowledge that there was a mistake. So then she said, that's the way it is, we don't have any control over it's red or Brown. If you don't like it. Don't order it again. Matter of fact, don't even order from us ever again, and as a business owner myself, I was taken back because at no point was i rude at all. But she sure was.

One of my FAVORITE places to eat. Food is always delicious, I will purposely take Uber eats orders here and buy tons of bakery items and sometimes a plate for dinner just because it is so good. I was so upset when they closed for about a month, my fiancé surprised me with their food when I got home today and it was the best surprise because I have been talking about wanting their food and they were closed. YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIR FOOD!!!!! And great prices n for how much they fill the containers! Edit: Today was a hard day. I had been working amazon flex since 8am, I went to get lunch before my next order, as I walked in fund came out my account after I checked my account in my car. I went in ordered, and realized the issue instantly called my mom to help and pay her back. I had amazon funds but they hadn't shown up yet for me to cash out. Apparently my moms card was compromised and she had to get a new one and forgot after telling me yes on the phone. As I'm waiting on my mom they offered to help. Hurt my pride a bit because I am very prideful. But the kind gesture made me want to cry because its so hard to find genuine and good people and I felt so horrible, thank you for being s
